Please email us the title of your desired work. We will inform you of the size, price, and delivery date. The prints are limited editions and there is a limit to the number of pieces available. Unlike a poster, the work will be printed on special Hahnemühle paper, autographed, and framed, along with a MATSURICA work certificate.
Before using mail order, please check the following notes and details.

Regarding cancellation: As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please note that the color and texture of the work may differ from the actual product depending on your monitor environment.

About shipping: We carefully package the item and use safe shipping methods, but if any damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. Shipping usually takes 10 days to 1 month. Please note that it may take longer depending on the season.

Regarding returns and exchanges: Due to the nature of the work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. However, if a problem occurs due to our error, such as damage during shipping or incorrect shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and we will provide a replacement or refund.
